Do you expect shortages of ByHeart formula due to the dock workers strike?
No, ByHeart's production and supply are unaffected. We’re proud to own and operate three manufacturing facilities in Reading, Pennsylvania; Portland, Oregon; and Allerton, Iowa. This gives us full control over production and ensures we have ample supply to meet the needs of ByHeart families across the country.
Where is ByHeart manufactured? Do you import anything?
We are made locally here in Reading, PA; Allerton, IA, and Portland, OR. We chose to do the hard work to be the first new infant formula company in over 15 years to own our manufacturing supply chain. With three dedicated manufacturing facilities, we are well-positioned to continue fulfilling demand across the country without disruption.
While we do partner with trusted suppliers for our globally sourced ingredients, we are confident in our ability to continue producing formula without any interruptions.
Will you be prioritizing Feeding Plan subscribers in case of a shortage?
First, we want to reassure you that there is no shortage of ByHeart formula. Our domestic facilities are fully operational, producing cans for ByHeart customers whether they shop at retail or through our ByHeart.com Feeding Plan.
Should we be stocking up in retail stores, even if we have a ByHeart subscription?
There’s no need! We have plenty of supply in production, regularly shipping to our retail partners and warehouses, and ready to ship directly to you.
Where can we find ByHeart?
Online or retail, the right way to shop ByHeart is—however (and wherever!) works for you. ByHeart is now available at Target, Walmart, Publix, Meijer, Thrive Market, Amazon, and of course, here at ByHeart.com.
