EMPLOYEE FRIENDS & FAMILY DISCOUNT

ByHeart, Inc. (“ByHeart”) is pleased to offer friends & family of ByHeart employees discounted ByHeart products (the “Program”).  The Program is open to ByHeart employees in good standing during the term of their employment, so long as the Program is offered by ByHeart.  Each employee can share a discount of twenty-five percent (25%) off (the “Friends & Family Discount”) the cost of a ByHeart subscription product (each, a “Subscription Product”) with the employee’s designees (“Designees”). The Friends & Family Discount is only valid on orders placed via the ByHeart website and cannot be used at retail or on any third party sales channels.  

Any employee who offers the Friends & Family Discount to a Designee is responsible for making the Designee aware of these terms and conditions.  Designees are only eligible to use the Friends & Family Discount if they are new ByHeart customers who do not have existing ByHeart accounts or subscription products.  Each employee is entitled to up to three (3) Friends & Family Discounts (the “Cap”), which can be used on subscriptions maintained by the Employee’s Designees.  The Friends & Family Discount will not work on Subscription Products that exceed the Cap.  Once the Friends & Family Discount is assigned to a Subscription Product, the Friends & Family Discount will be associated with that Subscription Product until the earlier of (i) the subscriber cancels the subscription; (ii) the Employee revokes the Friends & Family Discount; (iii) the Employee is no longer employed with ByHeart; or (iv) ByHeart terminates the Program.  

ByHeart will provide employees with instructions about how to assign and reassign Designees.  ByHeart may change the process for redeeming the Friends & Family Discounts or assigning and reassigning Designees and those changes will be effective upon ByHeart’s delivery of revised instructions to you.  The Friends & Family Discount requires a ByHeart account and a paid subscription.  The Friends & Family Discount does not apply to one time product purchases.  The Friends & Family Discount cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon, discount, or promotion.  The Friends & Family Discount has no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.  Each Designee is responsible for all tax, shipping, and the cost of the Subscription Product.  A valid credit card is required. 

The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as ByHeart decides to end the Program. ByHeart may, in its sole discretion, modify or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason or no reason at all, with notice on via email to the Employee’s or Designee’s email address currently on file with ByHeart.  If ByHeart decides to discontinue the Program, the Program will end at the end of the next billing cycle following the termination announcement.
