We started this company to give parents confidence in what they feed their babies. So knowing that the past few days have caused confusion and fear for many of you has been heartbreaking, and we are so sorry.
 
Our team is doing everything we can to support you in real time. We hope that today’s updates show you our commitment to sharing information as quickly as we can. 

Customer Support
Because so many parents have reached out, we are opening a 24/7 support hotline where you can talk to someone live or leave your number for a call back. To keep response times as fast as possible, our Parent Experience team will not be responding to email. If you have emailed us in the last few days, please give us a call at 866-201-9069 so we can help you directly.

Refunds
Orders placed on ByHeart.com on or after October 1, 2025 will be eligible for a refund.

Customers who ordered during this window will receive a refund for up to two units, including cans or Anywhere Packs. First-time customers will receive a full refund on their first order, staying true to our ByHeart Promise.

If you purchased ByHeart through a retail partner or on Amazon, please contact the retailer directly for their refund process.
