Community Guidelines
Last Updated September 16, 2025
We’re so glad you’re here — and even more grateful you’ve joined the conversation.
At ByHeart, everything we do comes back to one thing: giving parents peace of mind in feeding — however that looks for you and your family.
We started ByHeart as parents ourselves, asking every question under the sun, big and small. That’s why we created a place where you can share openly, find real answers rooted in science, and feel the comfort of a community that truly gets it.
This is a village built on empathy, trust, respect, and a whole lot of heart. To keep it safe and welcoming for everyone, we kindly ask that everyone follow these simple guidelines.
-
Fed is Best. Always.
We believe there’s no one right way to feed your baby, and parents deserve support in their feeding choices. Whether you breastfeed, formula-feed, combo-feed, or pump and feed, there is a place for you in the ByHeart Community.
We encourage parents to engage by sharing their thoughts, feelings, and personal experiences. However, shaming anyone’s feeding decisions will not be tolerated.
-
No Misinformation.
Our goal is to bring clarity to infant nutrition. This is a platform parents can use as a resource. We take pride in keeping the conversation honest and transparent.
We’ll remove any comments that share inaccurate or misleading claims about infant nutrition or our products. This includes content that goes against guidance from trusted global health and public health experts, shares false or misleading information about civic matters, or anything that promotes harmful, unproven conspiracy claims. We’re here to keep things science-backed and helpful!
-
Respect Comes First
We understand that every parent’s feeding journey is unique, and different perspectives are welcome— that’s what makes our community stronger. Please assume best intentions when engaging with others, and approach conversations with kindness and curiosity.
Being respectful is non-negotiable. Judgment, harassment, or harmful language have no place in this community—this includes zero tolerance for hate speech, racism, sexism, or harmful rhetoric. We’ll moderate anything that makes this space feel unsafe.
-
Protect Each Other’s Privacy
Sharing our experiences can be vulnerable, and we’re so grateful when parents open up here. Let’s honor that trust by protecting each other’s privacy.
Avoid posting any personal details—yours or someone else’s that could put safety at risk. Please don’t share another parent’s personal story, name, or image without permission. Let’s build trust here.
-
This is a Support Space
Our community thrives when every parent feels safe and heard. This is a place for questions, solidarity, and encouragement—not promotion, spam, or unrelated content. We want every parent to leave feeling supported, so please be mindful of how our words and actions affect others.
