BJ leads initiatives across performance marketing, commerce, and customer experience at ByHeart, and will guide our digital product development. He is passionate about customer-first digital experiences that can connect people to products in authentic, special, and important ways, and is excited to champion those experiences at ByHeart.
Driven by the intersection of content and commerce, BJ has held positions in audience development and growth marketing, but always with a focus on engaging the end consumer. Before joining ByHeart, BJ built his career at legacy brands Red Bull, The New York Times and Royal Caribbean International. He has thrived as a leader in high-growth environments, most notably at Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop and direct-to-consumer retailer UNTUCKit.
